Awesomium.NET Documentation

Steps to run the samples:

  • Make sure Visual Studio 2010 is not running on your system.
  • Download the Awesomium SDK v.1.6.4 here. If you have version 1.6.3 already installed, you can optionally select the Check for Updates shortcut in the Awesomium v1.6.3 folder under your Start Menu.
  • Install the Awesomium SDK. The installer will:
    1. Install the necessary Awesomium libraries.
    2. Install the Awesomium.NET binaries.
    3. Deploy the Awesomium.NET binaries in GAC.
    4. Add the WPF & Windows Forms WebControls in VS Toolbox.
    5. Copy the original Awesomium.NET Samples under: %MyDocuments%\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\Awesomium.Net\1.6.4\Samples
  • Download the latest Codeplex release of Awesomium.NET Samples.
  • Extract the contents to: %MyDocuments%\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\Awesomium.Net\1.6.4\Samples_XXXX Where XXXX is the Change Set as in the downloaded zip file. Optionally, you can substitute the existing Samples folder.
  • Open Awesomium.NET Samples.sln in Visual Studio 2010.

Awesomium.Core does not seem to be present in the GAC after installing SDK... Dissapointing...

This looks like a great tool. I'm having a problem though, the samples seem to be built with SDK v.1.6.4, which is no longer available, and I can't get them to build. It would be tremendously helpful if you provided samples built with the latest version.
